Dean Rodgers

Dean Rodgers is a highly experienced creative professional currently serving as the Creative Director at Secret Cinema since December 2024. Previously, Dean founded Rogue Productions Ltd. in September 2016, leading efforts in creating innovative experiential entertainment, including award-winning projects for notable clients like Warner Bros and Capcom. Dean held key roles at Bearded Kitten as Head of Immersive and Senior Producer from July 2021 to November 2024, and contributed as a Game Design Consultant at Escape Hunt from July 2018 to July 2019. Notably, as Creative Director and Co-Founder of The Crystal Maze Live Experience from January 2015 to August 2016, Dean was instrumental in reviving the cult classic game show into a live immersive format, successfully raising £927,000 through crowdfunding for its launch in London. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's degree from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
