Ryan Andal is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and co-founder of Secret Location, an immersive entertainment studio established in June 2009, where leadership roles have included President, Chief Product Officer, and Technical Director. Under Ryan's guidance, Secret Location evolved from a small team to a leading new media production agency in North America, focusing on the intersection of technology and entertainment. Ryan currently serves as a Partner at Illuminarium at the Distillery District, a permanent immersive venue in Toronto, and as a Board Member for Interactive Ontario, where initiatives for the gaming and interactive sectors are advised. Additionally, Ryan holds advisory positions at Sheridan College and Seneca College, and has previously led significant initiatives for Entertainment One, driving the expansion of immersive entertainment, technology incubation, and digital preschool sectors.
