Since 2016 we produce handcrafted smoked salmon, haddock, trout & kippers that remain faithful to the principles & techniques laid down in the 1800’s where it all began in the East End of London from our smokehouse in Hackney. We were awarded Protected Geographical Indicator [PGI] status for our ‘London Cure’ Smoked Salmon in recognition of this traditional method. We are very proud of who we supply from Michelin Star chefs, top restaurants, hotels and deli's as well as direct to customers via out on-line website.
