Joshua Dougan

Joshua Dougan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pastoral leadership and music production. Currently serving as the Campus Pastor at Life.Church West Palm Beach since September 2022, Joshua has held various roles at Life.Church since 2015, including Associate Campus Pastor and LifeGroups/LifeMissions Pastor. In addition to pastoral work, Joshua owns and operates a private studio called Secret Sounds, providing production and engineering services to artists. As the creator and lead vocalist of Crawford County Heartache, Joshua is actively involved in music, working on a second album. Previous experience includes roles as a stage manager at Groove Merchants and a project manager at Village to Village, focusing on projects in Uganda. Joshua has also contributed to music through production work with Tate Music Group and as a founding member of the band Jonah 33. Educational credentials include studies at Harvard Divinity School and a Bachelor of Studies in Liberal Arts from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
