Rich Staats began their career in 2003 as a Web Marketing Guy at SportsLink. In 2004, they moved to Code Technology as a Copy Writer. In 2006, they founded Secret Stache. In 2015, they became a Founding Partner at TheDropp.

Rich Staats attended Rutgers University from 1998 to 2003.
