Daniel Ricardo

Daniel Ricardo is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and education. Currently serving as an Analista de sistemas informáticos at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas in Paraguay since January 2024, Daniel previously held the position of Director General de Tecnología de la Información y Comunicación and Software Developer at the Secretaría Técnica de Planificación del Desarrollo Económico y Social, specializing in the development of informative systems. Additionally, Daniel has an extensive background in academia, having served as a university lecturer at various institutions, including Universidad de la Integración de las Américas and Universidad Técnica de Comercialización y Desarrollo. Daniel's educational qualifications encompass a Licentiate degree in Information Technology, a degree in International Cooperation for Development from Universidad de Valladolid, and various certifications in ICT and pedagogy.
