Constanze Niedhoefer

Constanze Niedhoefer is the current Associate Director at Secretariat International. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at Taylor Woodrow Construction from December 2005 to September 2006. There, they were responsible for the scheduling and organization of delivery and installation of building material for the Western Harbour Residential Construction Project (275 units). From August 2014 to January 2020, they worked as a Scheduler and Claims analyst at TDF-LLC, a construction consulting services company. There, they were responsible for reviewing construction plans and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and developing and maintaining project schedules. Constanze also worked as a Project Scheduler at Atlantic Wind Connection from January 2014 to July 2014 and as a Scheduler at SNC Lavalin Group from July 2010 to June 2013. There, they were responsible for developing and maintaining schedules, progress reporting, critical-path-analysis, and risk analysis.

Constanze Niedhoefer has a MSc in Civil Engineering from the Technische Universität Dresden and a certification in Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) from AACE International. Constanze is also certified in Building Project Management from Northumbria University.
