Hakan Arslan

Hakan Arslan is an Associate Director based in Dubai. Mr. Arslan has double major degrees in Civil and Industrial Engineering and holds master’s degrees in Construction Law and Structural Engineering. With more than 13 years of experience in the construction industry, he specializes in project scheduling, delay and disruption analysis along with expert advisory for construction and engineering projects.

He has worked on the highest profile construction projects in the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia in the following sectors: oil and gas, power, pipelines, bridges, high-rise commercial/residential, processing facilities, and manufacturing facilities. His experience includes preparation of claims, advice notes, independent expert reports relating to the matters of delay, disruption and other dispute issues in the areas of project scheduling. Mr. Arslan excels at simplifying and explaining complicated issues with demonstrative evidence, particularly with timelines and charts.

Prior to providing expert services, Mr. Arslan held project management responsibilities for the construction of public and private projects, including onsite construction supervision. With the practical experience gained at site, he has developed skills that facilitates understanding and analysis of complex construction projects.
