Kristina Pascoe

Kristina Pascoe is an Associate Director with Secretariat based in Los Angeles. She specializes in ongoing project scheduling and forensic construction delay analysis. Ms. Pascoe has supported experts in the resolution of construction disputes for a large portfolio of projects. She has experience collaborating with clients, legal teams, and witnesses from the onset of claims through the completion of arbitration proceedings. Ms. Pascoe has contributed to Secretariat’s expert reports on a diverse array of claims including liquidated damages, engineering overruns, construction defects, and labor disruption.

Prior to joining Secretariat, Ms. Pascoe was employed by an Engineering firm providing land surveying, project management, and civil design. During this time, Kristina participated in the technical design for several roadways in California. She also assisted in the Project Management and coordination between Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors.

Ms. Pascoe is also an active board member in the Southern California section of AACE. She organizes speaker presentations and is responsible for the preparation of the monthly newsletter content.
