Josh Madell

Josh Madell is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as the Director of Artist and Label Strategy and Head of Artist and Label Strategy at Secretly Distribution since February 2018. Madell has been instrumental in developing strategies for a diverse roster of artists and independent labels. Additionally, Madell is the Business Owner of Other Music Recording Co., managing A&R and project management for the label. Since December 1995, Madell has also owned Other Music LLC, contributing significantly as a Lead Booker and Producer, and organizing events that showcased numerous prominent artists. In collaboration with MoMA PS1, Madell curated the Come Together Label Fair and Music Festival, further demonstrating a commitment to promoting innovative independent music. Lastly, Madell volunteered with the Fort Greene Park Conservancy, managing a summer music series featuring various notable acts.
