Caroline Friberg has extensive experience in leadership and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Projektledare, Operation Director, and Regional Driftchef at Sector Alarm since April 2016, Caroline has previously held multiple roles at ManpowerGroup from December 2006 to April 2016, including positions in the Manpower Business Service Center and as Konsultchef, specializing in staffing and recruitment within the industrial and logistics sectors. Earlier, Caroline worked as Distriktschef at Espresso House and Coffee cup AB, overseeing budgets, personnel, and operations for multiple locations, while also managing recruitment and the launch of new coffee bars. Caroline's career began with a role as Platschef at Coffee cup AB, responsible for the flagship store. Caroline holds a degree in Beteendevetare with a focus on arbets- och organisationspsykologi from Högskolan Väst, complemented by studies at Université Catholique de Lyon.
