Ghida Ibrahim, PhD, serves as the Vice President of Product at Sector Alarm Group, overseeing the product vision and strategy for consumer-facing products, including smart home hardware and a mobile app. Previously, Ghida held roles as Vice President of Data and Chief Architect at the same company, leading teams to enhance data infrastructure and adopt modern architectural patterns. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Quantitative Engineer at Meta, where Ghida focused on optimizing infrastructure and enhancing product performance, as well as lecturing at the University of Oxford and contributing to the World Economic Forum's Global Future Councils. Other notable roles include Senior Data Scientist at Liberty Global and Research Engineer at Orange, complemented by extensive educational credentials including a PhD in Computer Engineering from Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Ghida has also created and lectured a MOOC on data science in Arabic, attracting over 30,000 learners.
