Lorand Arvay

Lorand Arvay began their work experience in 2008 as a PHP Developer at PITECH+PLUS. Lorand then worked as a Java Developer at Pro31 Soft in 2009 and TORA from 2010 to 2011. Lorand joined Nokia in 2011 as a Java Developer, where they implemented various projects and worked in an Agile environment. In 2014, they joined EBS Romania as a Java Developer before taking a sabbatical in 2015. Lorand then joined Sector Labs in 2016 as a Software Engineer. Throughout their time at Sector Labs, they took on various roles such as Engineering Manager, Hiring Manager, and Software Engineer. As a Hiring Manager, Lorand played a significant role in building high-quality teams, conducting technical interviews, and sourcing top candidates.

Lorand Arvay completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca from 2005 to 2009. Lorand then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2009 to 2011.
