Brett Goodin

Mr. Goodin is currently a senior advisor to Bain & Company, a leading international consulting firm, and he serves on other charitable and corporate boards.

From 1994 until 2010 Mr. Goodin was a senior executive with Fidelity International Limited, initially as Fidelity's Chief Legal Officer and Head of International Corporate Headquarters.

From 1997 Mr. Goodin was President and CEO of Fidelity's businesses and investment groups across the Asia Pacific region, living in Hong Kong and then Tokyo. Mr. Goodin was a Director of Fidelity International Limited and a member of their Global Operating Committee.

Prior to 1994 Mr. Goodin practiced law in London, and had worked in the financial services industry in New Zealand.

He is now based in Sydney, Australia.
