Anders Persson

Anders Persson is a board member at Sectra. Anders was previously a business manager at Alten Sweden, responsible for sales and customer relations, recruitment and management in IT, embedded systems and Life Science. Sales focuses on building relationships with both existing and new customers. Recruiting included interviews and evaluation of candidates for hire. As group manager they were responsible for part of the region’s budget and 20 employees reporting to him. Anders has extensive personal responsibility where they lead, supports and coaches their employees. The role included career reviews, wage discussions and regular meetings with the consultants. During a 6 months period they were also acting manager for an additional 34 employees (in total 54 employees), due to other managers being on parental leave. Anders is also an alternate member of the corporate governance for Sectra AB. Previously, they were a system engineer for Sectra.

Anders Persson has a Master of Science in Engineering Biotechnology from Linköping University. Anders also has certification from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in Value Selling Fundamentals and from Sectra in PACS Application Specialist and PACS Service Engineer.
