Customer Portfolio Manager | Uk&i Customer Success Functional Lead at Sectra

Jonathan White has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jonathan started their career as a Domestic Appliance Service Engineer at Thorn EMI in 1995. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Field Engineer at Cubic Transportation Systems. Jonathan then joined Philips in 2001 and held various roles including Xray & digital imaging engineer, PACS Technical Lead, Problem Manager, and Service delivery manager. At Philips, they were involved in successful sales deals, led improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction, and managed multi-vendor problem management. In 2014, they joined GE Healthcare as an HCIT Project Manager. Currently, since 2015, Jonathan has been working at Sectra, where they have held positions such as IT Project Manager, Key Account Manager, UK&I Customer Success Team Manager, and Customer Portfolio Manager | UK&I Customer Success Functional Lead.

Jonathan White attended Middlesex University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a degree in Bsc. Honours Applied Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology.
