Per Henningsson has extensive experience in the field of service delivery and customer support, currently serving as the Global Incident and Problem Manager at Sectra since June 2006. Henningsson has held various roles within Sectra, including Customer Success Advisor & Regional Problem Manager for Scandinavia, Head of Customer Support for Region Scandinavia, and Support Manager for Imaging IT and Radiology Information Systems. Prior to Sectra, Henningsson worked at GE Healthcare as a Sales Support Engineer and Project Engineer, as well as a Field Service Engineer for PACS. Henningsson began their career at Sectra in roles such as Project Engineer and System Developer. Academic qualifications include a General Management degree from IFL Handelshögskolan in Stockholm and a Bachelor’s degree from Örebro University, complemented by earlier education at Rudbecksskolan.
