Cassie Ratliff

Cassie Ratliff is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in driving cross-functional initiatives and improving processes across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at SecturaSOFT since December 2022, Cassie previously held the same title at Inpixon, where significant accomplishments included leading process optimization efforts, managing the opening of a Manila office, and publishing health and safety policies for a hybrid work environment. With roles spanning marketing communications, risk management, and business development, Cassie has cultivated expertise in strategic planning, customer experience enhancement, and partner program development, supported by an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
