System Analyst Team Lead - Claims Suite Project at SECURA Insurance, Inc.

Cindy Rebarchik has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, starting in 2007 with UnitedHealth Group as a Health Advisor. In this role, they handled complex calls from members, made outbound calls to providers and members, and serviced incoming emails. Cindy also worked as a Subject Matter Expert, updating training documents and collaborating with other divisions to implement secure messaging. From 2011 to 2014, Cindy served as the Health Advisor Secure Messaging Supervisor, responsible for reviewing data and statistics and making process changes based on the findings.

From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance as a Claims Supervisor, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely resolution for members.

In 2019, they joined CONNECT, powered by American Family, as a Claims Supervisor, maintaining the same responsibilities as their previous role. Cindy later transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Owner in 2020, where they led projects and developed customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives.

Most recently, Cindy has been employed at SECURA Insurance since 2023 as a System Analyst Team Lead for the Claims Suite Project. In this role, they collaborate with the business to propose and implement new process solutions, presents project updates to stakeholders and sponsors, and provides technical expertise to the claims project team.

Cindy Rebarchik, CSPO has an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Rasmussen University, which they obtained from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2001-2002.

In addition to their education, Cindy has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Cindy is a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), certified by the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2023. Cindy also holds certifications in Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations, Agile Foundations, and Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they have completed various LinkedIn courses on topics such as building rapport quickly, upgrading confidence and courage at work, setting and achieving big goals, overcoming procrastination, and preparing for returning to the workplace.
