Eric Yang

Eric Yang has worked as a UX Specialist at SECURA Insurance since July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Web Developer at Custom Offsets from August 2018 to April 2021. Eric also has experience as a Customer Care Representative at Foot Locker from July 2013 to August 2018.

Eric Yang attended Fox Valley Technical College from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Web Development & Design Specialist. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Web Design - Technical Diploma from Fox Valley Technical College in May 2018. Eric has also earned various certifications, including Mobile UI Design, Mobile User Experience (UX) Design, Design for the 21st Century with Don Norman, and Human-Computer Interaction: The Foundations of UX Design, all from The Interaction Design Foundation. Eric also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
