Flmi Hugh de la Rosa

Hugh de la Rosa has a diverse work experience that spans over several positions and companies. Hugh began their career as the Owner of a technical consulting business called DBT Enterprises, Inc, where they provided consulting services primarily to General Casualty of Wisconsin.
