Laura Schauland

Laura Schauland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as a Business Analyst at SECURA Insurance, starting in August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Business Insights Analyst at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance from October 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Laura was employed at Thrivent, where they held various roles including Business Systems Analyst, Compliance/Regulatory Coordinator, and Customer Service Professional from 2008 to 2018. Laura also has experience working at Schneider National, where they served as a Reporting Specialist and Customer Service Professional from 2002 to 2007. In this role, they successfully implemented process improvements, developed training sessions, and improved customer accuracy and consistency.

Laura Schauland attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a B.B.A in Management Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Laura has obtained several certifications. In April and May of 2023, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Cprime, Inc and Scrum Alliance, respectively. Laura also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2023.
