Matthew Schleis

Matthew Schleis has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vendor Manager and Operations Supervisor/Sustainability Manager at SECURA Insurance since January 2011. In this role, Matthew oversees programs related to Workers Compensation claims management, handling over $58 million, and supervises a Customer Service Representative team to support claims operations. Previously, Matthew was a Claims Representative at SECURA Insurance and Sentry Insurance, specializing in investigating workers compensation claims. Prior to entering the insurance field, Matthew managed inventory and the fish department at Petland Retail Stores. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources/Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, along with a certification from the Law Enforcement Recruit Academy at Mid-State Technical College.
