Vikalp Mishra

Vikalp Misra is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and network security, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Securaa since January 2019, after initially holding the position of Customer Success Lead. Prior to this role, Vikalp worked as a Firewall Engineer at Spangle Technologies from August 2018 to January 2019, focusing on deploying Network Security Firewalls for clients. Vikalp earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, completing the program in July 2017.
