Michelle Bridges

Michelle Bridges has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Michelle is currently a Senior Business Director at Secura Bio, Inc. starting from March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Sales Director in the West Region for TerSera Therapeutics from February 2020 to March 2021. Michelle also served as the Director of Business Development and Strategy at Mount Carmel Health System/Acadia Healthcare from February 2019 to February 2020. Michelle gained extensive experience in sales and marketing at Novartis, where they held positions such as Area Sales Manager and participated in a Marketing Preceptorship. Michelle also worked as an Area Sales Manager at Sanofi, leading a team and achieving high sales performance. Michelle began their career as a Regional Oncology Sales Training Manager at Hoechst Marion Roussel Inc., where they contributed to training and development initiatives.

Michelle Bridges earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from BGSU in 1994. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Communication and Marketing at Franklin University.
