Ilene Slatko

Prior to joining SecurCapital’s SecurFoundation team, Ilene founded DSS Consulting, providing business strategy and financial literacy programs. With over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry, Ilene has served in multiple roles including managing the flagship office of a major security brokerage in Washington, DC. Ilene’s experience in the not-for-profit world has been extensive. Starting in her 20’s she began to volunteer, growing her role to numerous leadership positions over the years, including President of Preservation Delaware’s Board, and chairing a key position on the Cab Calloway School Fund Board.
