Alex Bullen

Alex Bullen is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Secure Code Warrior since October 2025. Prior to this role, Alex was the Senior Director of Product Management at Playvox by NICE, where responsibilities included setting the strategic direction for product offerings within the quality and workforce management space. Previous positions include Chief Product Officer and VP of Product at Playvox, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Agyle Time, Co-Founder at WallSync, Practice Director at RXP Services Limited, and co-founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant at Centrum Systems. Alex has also held roles as a BPM Coach at ANZ and BPM Architect at AMP Financial Services. Education was pursued at the University of Birmingham, starting in September 1994 and continuing to the present.
