Dai P. Phung

Dai P. Phung has a strong background in IT management and leadership roles. In 2003, they started their career as a Network Specialist at W.W. Grainger and worked there until 2009. Then, they joined Survey Sampling International as an IT Manager for the APAC region from 2010 to 2016. Following that, they worked at Hudl as an IT Lead from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as an IT Manager at THE ICONIC. Currently, Dai is the Head of IT at Secure Code Warrior, where they are responsible for scaling global IT and IT Security within the organization. Dai P. has implemented security strategies, developed continuous improvement strategies, and has been actively involved in responding to clients' questionnaires and ISO's.

Dai P. Phung holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut. In addition, they obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp in the field of Computer Software Engineering during the period of 2017-2018. Apart from their degrees, Dai P. Phung has several certifications, including MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows Server 2012, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL, MCSE1: Windows Server 2003, and CCNA. The obtained years for these certifications range from 2005 to 2015.
