Judy Brinegar

Judy’s career has spanned more than 30 years of marketing, financial, and operational/HR roles. Prior to joining Secure Cyber Defense Judy owned and operated B63 Line a digital marketing agency based in Miamisburg, Ohio. Her experience also includes being Vice President of the Dayton Development Coalition, a high-profile, 13-county economic development organization. Her role evolved to that of Vice President of Marketing for the Entrepreneurial Signature Program (ESP), the State of Ohio’s $22.5MM Third Frontier initiative to support technology and job growth. Judy is a graduate of Miami University, with a BA in Accounting, and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Wright State University.
