Prior to that, Erik was the owner of Ness Law, LLC, and worked as Counsel at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, focusing on energy, utilities, environmental, and land use law. With a background in geology, Erik previously worked as a geologist at Atlantic Environmental Services. Erik holds a JD from Western New England University School of Law and a BS in Geology from the University of Rhode Island.
