Erik Ness is currently the Vice President & General Counsel at Secure Energy Solutions, LLC, where Erik manages licensing and regulatory compliance obligations. Prior to that, Erik was the owner of Ness Law, LLC, and worked as Counsel at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, focusing on energy, utilities, environmental, and land use law. With a background in geology, Erik previously worked as a geologist at Atlantic Environmental Services. Erik holds a JD from Western New England University School of Law and a BS in Geology from the University of Rhode Island.
