After almost four decades as Starkey Headsets, we have changed our name to Secure Headset Group (SHG). The name, Starkey Headsets, no longer represents the mission of our business and our enhanced commitment to security as our world becomes increasingly unsecure. The lines between physical security and cybersecurity are becoming ever more blurred; therefore, a business’ security strategy should support both.
A headset is an end point on a network and is vulnerable to security breaches. Our new name, Secure Headset Group™, better represents these end points and how we engineer and manufacture our products to help ensure confidential information is not compromised. We conduct rigorous testing and hackathons regularly to stay ahead of global threats. This has resulted in our headsets being one of the most trusted communication solutions in the nation. The Department of Defense, all branches of the U.S. military, first responders, emergency center dispatchers, and call centers globally trust our products.
Durable SHG solutions provide a reliability rate over 99.96%. In addition, all our headsets are TAA and NDAA 889 compliant, and in full compliance with the Memorandum on Collaboration Peripherals issued by the Department of Defense. Our PTT (push-to-talk) feature meets the most stringent government compliance protocols, making them perfect for protected and inline call control for non-secure spaces.
Our headsets not only offer the ultimate in security, but are designed and built with the health of the inner ear always top of mind. Our in-house engineering and product development teams collaborate to produce one or two ear headsets that offer crystal clear communication all day, and a comfortable form and fit that alleviates ear fatigue. Plus, we produce cables for all connection types and every cable is PL compatible.
Finally, we offer excellent pre-sale and post-sale customer service provided by our trained professionals. Many of our products are shipped same day.
