With over 25 years of experience as an engineer and expert in IT solutions, he has developed many new compliance tools and methodologies throughout his career and received numerous federal and state grants for his innovations. Prior to founding Secure Open Solutions, he was the CTO of RedXDefense and a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy.
