Rhea Taguicana

Rhea Taguicana serves as the PH Operations Manager at Secure Parking since May 2019, overseeing operations for over 130 FTEs across two sites and enhancing operational efficiency through the use of technology and analysis. Prior to this role, Rhea spent more than a decade at TPG Telecom in various managerial positions, including Shift Manager, where responsibilities included managing over 200 FTEs, ensuring SLA and quality standards, and facilitating effective communication between teams. Rhea's career also features leadership roles in corporate escalations and reporting, where skills in performance management and process improvement were further developed. Rhea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education - English from the University of Rizal System, graduated in 2004.
