Erlend Andreas Gjære is a security and people specialist with extensive experience in information security and web development. As Co-founder and CEO of Secure Practice since August 2017, Erlend has focused on creating innovative security products. Erlend founded and owned mWEB from December 2005 to November 2023, specializing in the design and operation of websites utilizing a custom-built content management system. Previously, Erlend worked as a Security Manager at Signicat, where responsibilities included operationalization of ISO27001 and security training. Erlend also served as a Research Scientist at SINTEF, focusing on applied research in information security and developing a security culture program for a large group of researchers. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Informatics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a BSc in Information Science from the University of Bergen.
