Marlene Toft-Villars

Marlene Toft-Villars holds extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within the financial sector. Since April 2021, Marlene has served as Head Legal & Compliance and Associated Partner at Secure Spectrum, while concurrently leading Legal & Compliance at Alternative Equity Partners A/S since February 2017. Marlene's expertise includes advising on and implementing financial legislation such as FAIF, MiFID II, and AML. Previous positions include legal advisor and AML responsible at Secure Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, as well as various roles in public procurement and campaign management. Marlene's educational background includes a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from Copenhagen Business School, and an HF degree in mathematics and social studies from Københavns åpne gymnasium.
