Prabakaran Chandran

Prabakaran Chandran has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Prabakaran is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Secure Traces. Prior to this role, they worked as a Technical Lead at Securonix from May 2021 to August 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they were employed at Atos as a Technical Lead in the Security Operations Center. Before joining Atos, Prabakaran worked at Quotient Technology Inc. as a Security Operations Lead, where they were responsible for building, managing, and monitoring the enterprise using custom SIEM based on the ELK stack. From 2018 to 2019, they served as an Information Security Engineer at Crestron Electronics. Prior to that, they held various roles at Paladion Networks, including Practice - Sr. Security Analyst, Information Security Analyst, and Security Engineer. Prabakaran also worked as a Security Engineer as a freelancer.

Prabakaran Chandran completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from Jeppiaar Engineering College in the years 2008-2012. Prior to that, they attended Jawahar matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1992 to 2007, completing their 12th grade in General Studies. Prabakaran also obtained additional certifications, including Foundations of Operationalizing MITRE ATT&CK and Foundations of Purple Teaming from AttackIQ in 2021, a Qualys certified vulnerability management professional certification in 2016, Certified Ethical Hacker v8 from EC-Council in 2014, and Cisco Certified Network Associate V2 from Cisco in 2014.
