Cindy Machles has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cindy co-founded Glue Advertising and Public Relations in 2014 and served as the CEO. At Glue, they focused on providing big-agency thinking with a smaller agency. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Branding Consultant at XPO, overseeing the branding and spin-off of GXO. Cindy also worked as the Managing Partner at ghg | greyhealth group from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for launching and building successful healthcare products. Cindy started their career at Grey Healthcare Group in 1987, where they held various roles, including EVP, Director of Client Services, and Global Practice Leader. Throughout their career, Cindy has also worked at Carter-Wallace, Inc. as a Brand Manager and at Johnson & Johnson as an Assistant Brand Manager. In 2022, they founded YourMedEdge and became a member of Chief, a private network for senior women leaders. Currently, they are the Chief Marketing Officer at SecureCHEK® AI, a SaaS company revolutionizing advertising collateral development.
Cindy Machles holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Cindy also completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs and Economics from Boston University.

SecureCHEK® AI is an AI-powered software that automates the preparation of collateral marketing materials, producing them faster, cheaper, and compliantly by shifting tedious, repetitive tasks from humans to technology where they belong. The software enables personalization at scale for collateral, derivative promotional tactics such as brochures, websites, banner ads, detailing materials, and social media posts. Cost-saving, speed, and accuracy advantages are realized within one week. The software is intuitive and does not disrupt the workflow. Physicians and patients need access to timely information about healthcare products to make informed decisions on prescribing, trial, and ongoing use. Current manual processes used to prepare promotional materials that deliver this education take too long—months versus weeks—and cost twice as much as it should. These issues combine to reduce the brand’s top and bottom line, shorten product lifecycles by eating into patent expirations, and can even negatively affect patient outcomes. SecureCHEK® AI changes the way marketing is done--through automation. The first step in its process is creating a brand library of approved product claims. Then marketing materials are developed by importing the compliant claims into tactical templates through an InDesign integration. The last step: checking materials against the library to streamline the medical/legal/regulatory review process. A case study presented at the leading advertising and promotional conference, DIA, shows that SecureCHEK AI can increase speed, save money, and reduce the number of reviews by MLR. With the explosion of content cycling through the promotional review process, a new level of efficiency is required to enable commercial agility for a positive Customer Experience (CX). The surge in content creation has strained resources, impacted risk management, and is demanding the industry to act rapidly to meet customer needs for relevant product information.
