Dileep Padman Sreesadanam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dileep Padman is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Secured Document Exchange (SDEx) since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Product Officer at Cargo Exchange India Pvt Ltd from November 2017 to February 2023. Dileep Padman also worked as the Chief Strategy Consultant at Cargo Exchange India Private Limited from July 2016 to October 2017. Dileep began their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2004 and held roles such as Senior Manager-Projects, Manager-Projects, Asst.Manager-Projects, Sr.Associate, Associate, and Programmer Analyst during their tenure from 2004 to 2016.

Dileep Padman Sreesadanam pursued their education from 1996 to 1999 at Kannur University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Chemistry. Dileep Padman then went on to attend St. Aloysius College, Mangalore University, from 1999 to 2002. During this time, they earned a Master's degree in Computer Application (MCA), focusing on the study of computer applications.
