Emily Fiedler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and sales within the education sector. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Secured Tech Solutions since August 2023, Emily previously held significant roles including Sales Manager and Senior Account Executive at Ellipsis Education, where leadership in removing barriers to computer science instruction for K-12 students was paramount. With an academic background that includes a B.A. in International Studies from Butler University and a Master of Leadership Development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, Emily has also contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Evansville and has developed employer relationships as the Director for Employer Development.
