Macara Aloi

Macara (Mac) Aloi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Macara (Mac) started their career in 2007 at College Mentors for Kids, Inc., where they held multiple positions including Senior Program Director. Their responsibilities included managing and supporting programming, building community partnerships, and overseeing leadership development for college students.

In 2010, Macara served as the Executive Director at HOPE for Families, where they managed daily operations, supervised interns, and handled budgeting and fundraising.

Macara has also worked as an independent contractor for MEA Events, The Startup Ladies, and College Mentors for Kids, Inc, taking on roles such as Owner, Coordinator, Event Scheduler, and Inspire Awards Manager.
