Doug Lang

Doug Lang serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Secured2 Corporation since December 2022, where operational plans for growth and software system implementations have been created. Previously, Doug held the position of SVP Customer Success at Calabrio, Inc. from April 2018 to September 2022, leading a global team of 250 and achieving significant improvements in customer onboarding and retention. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Business Operations at Arrow Systems Integration, overseeing operations for over 1100 employees, and holding leadership roles at Cross Telecom and ACT, where Doug consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings and expanded teams significantly. Doug Lang earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Education from The Ohio State University between 1989 and 1994.
