Artem Chteiman

Artem Chernoshtan currently serves as Juridisch adviseur IBP & projecten at Brabo Harbour Pilots and Boatmen since January 2024 and is also a Wetenschappelijk Medewerker for Study & Field Trips in Maritime Science at Universiteit Gent since September 2022. Previously, Artem held the position of Contractmanager at DAB Loodswezen from June 2018 to December 2023 and worked as an Advocaat at Van Hoorebeke Advocaten from September 2016 to September 2017. Artem's educational background includes a Master in Rechten from Ghent University (2010-2015), a Master in Maritime Sciences from Ghent University (2015-2016), post-academic training in Havenbeheer (2018-2019), and training in public procurement from Stichting Overheidsopdrachten.
