Jason Herman

Jason Herman has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Jason began their career in 2000 as a Senior Associate at Mercer. In 2010, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as Corporate Vice President, Benefits Strategy. Jason then moved to BlackRock in 2016, where they served as Director, Head of Financial Benefits (Americas). In 2018, they joined Morgan Stanley as Executive Director, Retirement Plan Solutions and Executive Director, Head of Sales Support & Field Engagement - Financial Wellness. In 2021, they joined Northstar as Advisor and Head of Partnerships, where they were responsible for combining the best of financial advising, fintech, and benefits to support diverse teams at scale. Jason also served as a Special Consultant at EACH Enterprise, LLC in 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Partnerships at SecureSave, where they are responsible for the emergency savings solution and the benefit all employees want.

Jason Herman obtained a B.S. in Biometry & Statistics from Cornell University. Jason also holds certifications as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
