Katelynn Knowlton

Katelynn Knowlton has been working in the field of optics since 2010. Katelynn began their career at Empire Vision Centers, Inc. as an Apprentice Optician, Lead Optical Assistant, Contact Lens Tech, and Optical Assistant. In 2013, they joined Walmart Vision Center and Eye Care as a Certified Optician and the Frederick Remington Art Museum as a Museum Interpreter/Docent. In 2014, they joined National Vision Inc. as the General Manager/ABO Certified Optician, where they promoted and ensured a healthy work environment, oversaw all store operations, and increased store profitability and workplace satisfaction. Most recently, in 2020, they joined SecureSky as a Threat Analyst.

Katelynn Knowlton is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Psychology from Bellevue University, which they began in 2017 and is expected to complete in 2021. In 2015, they obtained a Career Progression Program Certification of Completion from the American Board of Opticians. In 2013, they earned an ABO-C | American Board of Opticianry Certification from the American Board of Opticians.
