Ian Bryce

Ian Bryce is an experienced IT technical support professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Secureworks since September 2022. Ian has a rich background in community service, volunteering with Umi Feeds and mentoring with 100 Black Men of America, Inc. since 2013. Prior roles include a Service Desk Analyst and Lead Help Desk Technician at Omaha Public Power District, along with supporting youth through various mentorship programs. Ian's technical expertise was further developed at the Omaha World-Herald and the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included maintaining network systems and electronic equipment. Ian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Science in Cisco Networking from Metropolitan Community College.
