Mihai Oprea

Mihai Oprea is an experienced professional in security operations and IT auditing, currently serving as Senior Manager of Security Operations at Secureworks since September 2017, having previously held the role of Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Mihai worked at BCR as a Senior IT Auditor, where responsibilities included drafting risk-based audit plans and enhancing governance processes. Experience also includes a role at ClassIT Outsourcing, where Mihai managed IT audits and maintained ISO certifications, alongside providing consultancy and training. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Information Security Management and a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control and Applied Informatics, both obtained from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
