Sam Masiello

Sam Masiello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and technology. Currently serving as an Investor at SVCI - Silicon Valley CISO Investments since June 2025, Masiello also holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer at The Anschutz Corporation since April 2022. Additionally, Masiello is a National Advisory Board Member and Executive Advisory Board member for the SecureWorld Expo and has been on the Board of Directors for CAUCE North America, an organization focused on Internet user advocacy, since October 2012. Previous roles include Chief Security and Technology Officer at Octillo, Chief Information Security Officer at Gates Corporation and TeleTech, as well as Head of Application Security at Groupon. Masiello's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo.
