Jennifer Wolf

SVP, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Securian Financial Group

Jennifer leads the legal department for Securian Asset Management. As chief legal officer, she provides legal advice and counsel for all legal matters. Jennifer oversees contracts, trading agreements and legal aspects of investment transactions, including commercial mortgage loans, private placement bonds, private equity/alternative investments, workouts/foreclosures, derivative transactions, and various securities and investment advisor law matters.

Jennifer joined Securian Asset Management in 2005 from private practice as investment counsel and was promoted to assistant general counsel in 2014. She was named chief legal officer of Securian Asset Management in 2016 and second vice president, investment law for Securian Financial in 2018. In 2017, Jennifer was recognized as one of the Top Women in Finance in the Twin Cities.

She is active in industry organizations including the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, where she serves on the Board of Regents.

Jennifer serves on the Board of Trustees for the Friends of the St. Paul Public Library and is a planning committee member for the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts’ annual fundraiser.
