Jon Morrissette

Jon Morrissette is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and technology-related roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Senior Analyst for SharePoint at Securian Financial since January 2022, Jon previously held various positions at Best Buy from February 2005 to April 2021, including Call Center Team Lead and Developmental Support Representative, where responsibilities involved process improvement, agent coaching, and creating automated reporting tools. Earlier experience includes a role as Retention Lead at Comcast Cable, focusing on technical problem resolution and team training.
