Karmen Mattsen

Karmen Mattsen has extensive experience in project and program management, primarily within the financial services sector at Securian Financial since January 2001. Karmen's roles have included Project/Program Management Consultant, focusing on quality assurance and test automation, and Enterprise Best Practices Consultant, providing training and mentoring on software testing methodologies. Prior to Securian, Karmen worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included managing technology implementation projects and earning recognition as Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Employee of the Year for a successful email system rollout. Karmen began a career in customer marketing at Tandy/Radio Shack, receiving multiple sales awards. Karmen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
